In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and delivery schedules
Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors
Assist in ISO Annual Performance Review for vendors
Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time & best prices and ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation
Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements

SECRETARY / PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Responsible in handling the secretarial duties, administrative and operational matters including monitoring of deadlines and follow-ups on superior’s instructions.
Assist in the preparation of meeting materials and facilities.
Organize and manage documents, correspondence, records and maintain an organized filing for smooth data retrieval.
Undertake special assignment ad-hoc functions and business-related tasks as and when required.
Diploma or Degree in Business with at least 1 year related working experience
Ability to handle multi-task, independent and meeting tight deadlines.
Computer literate in MS Office, MS Excel and MS Power Point with good presentation skills.
INTERIOR DESIGNER / DRAFTER
Must be proficient in using AutoCAD software.
To perform and assist in the daily draft work such as drafting, preparation of submission drawing and detail drawing.
Must be able to work independently.
Design proposal and drawing documentation on assigned projects and coordinate with all relevant project team.
Prepare technical drawings, design development, drawing packages and detailing.
Presentation and design proposal and translate design intent to 3D renderings.
To produce conceptual drawings for presentation to clients and working drawings.
To produce the space planning, furniture layout drawing, detail drawing.
To produce 3D perspective drawing for client / presentation use
Work with the Interior Sales Designer on the design idea to finalize the client brief for approval and sign off
Responsible for materials selection and color scheme coordination.
Minimum Diploma qualification
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
Knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D Studio Max
Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
